She's Four! | Interview with My 4-Year-Old

She's Four!

On February 13, Helen turned 4 years old!

I decided to do a little birthday interview with her. Hopefully I can keep it up in years to come! It would be fun to compare her answers.

Watch the video to see the interview.

My favorite:

"What do you want to do when you grown up?"

"Um...get some kids when I grow up?"

Haha!

She's Four!
We had a belated birthday party for her on Saturday.

She's Four!
I decided to make her princess cupcakes with beet-colored frosting. I found some Canadian-made beeswax candles on Amazon.

She's Four!
She blew out the candles before we were finished singing "Happy Birthday" and I think she felt a bit silly about it.

I can't wait to see what Helen learns this year. I *think* she'll be reading before her next birthday!

    1. Thank you! Yes, I saw the idea on Pinterest a while ago. I wanted to do it last year, but I was just too exhausted after having James. Haha!

    1. Thank you, Mimsie! Yes, that describes Helen quite well: very energetic, but she can be so sweet. :)

  3. How sweet! Good job including Bible verses! Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not turn from it! Proverbs 22:6

    1. Yes, I think it's so important to have kids memorize Bible verses - they seem to stick better when they learn them when they're young. :)
